State Government

Fenton Partners has provided structural and civil engineering services for State Government projects across Victoria, including for the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), Department of Justice and Department of Education. Projects include structural and civil engineering for more than 10 major conversions of DFFH-owned heritage rooming houses into self-contained social housing bedsitter apartments, as well as structural and civil engineering services for new social housing projects, upgraded magistrate courts, roads and carparks.

Fenton Partners have also carried out investigations of structural movement damage, drainage issues and concrete deterioration, and project-managed remedial works for a wide variety of State Government projects across Victoria, including major demolition projects of old estates including: Carlton, North Melbourne, Northcote, Hawthorn, Ascot Vale, Brunswick, Preston, Brighton, Richmond, Colac, Delacombe (Ballarat) and Virginia Hill (Bendigo).
